MATERIAL SUPPLY

Material supply aligned with air-reservoir manufacturing needs

Material selection depends not only on the alloy but also on temper, thickness, degree of forming, welding method, service environment and customer standards. We confirm the supply scope against the purchasing specification or project drawings, and do not substitute a general introduction for a formal material specification.

The material can be used in your own air-reservoir production or supplied together with our tank manufacturing projects. Final alloy, temper, dimensional tolerance, properties, surface and documentation are governed by the order and technical agreement.

SUPPLY FORMS

Supply forms and items to confirm

Aluminum Coil

Confirm alloy, temper, thickness, width, coil diameter, coil weight, core and packaging requirements.

Aluminum Sheet

Confirm thickness, width, length, tolerance, flatness, surface and packaging requirements.

Cut-to-Size Blanks

Leveled or cut to agreed dimensions, suited to shells, heads or other part blanks.

Surface Protection

Confirm film, interleaving, packaging and handling protection per downstream processing and appearance requirements.

GRADE & TEMPER

Alloy, temper and specification confirmation

Common projects may involve 5xxx series aluminum alloys such as 5052 and 5083, but different products have different requirements for strength, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance, so materials cannot be substituted solely by application name.

Important note: Alloys listed on this page are for establishing a communication scope only. They do not mean all alloys, tempers and specifications are kept in stock long-term, nor do they constitute material substitution advice.

Items to confirm before ordering

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all specifications in stock?

Stock varies with alloy, temper and specification and should be confirmed at the time of inquiry; special specifications usually require scheduling or procurement.

Can you level and cut to size?

This can be evaluated. Please provide material specification, target dimensions, tolerance, quantity, surface and packaging requirements.

Can you provide material certificates?

We can provide corresponding material documents per the order agreement; the specific document type, content and re-testing requirements should be confirmed before ordering.

Can you directly recommend material substitution?

Material substitution involves structure, pressure, forming, welding and applicable standards; it should be confirmed by the customer's design authority, and the supplier can assist with material information.

Need a quote for aluminum sheet, coil or cut-to-size blanks?
