Final technical parameters, quality requirements, inspection items, and acceptance methods shall be governed by the drawings, technical agreements, and applicable standards confirmed by both parties.

2. Inquiries and Submissions

Any inquiries, drawings, technical documents, and contact details you submit through this Website are used solely for us to assess manufacturing feasibility, prepare quotations, and conduct subsequent technical communication. You represent that the information you provide is true, complete, and that you have the right to provide it. We will handle drawings and technical materials from inquiries under customary confidentiality practice; however, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

3. Quotations and Orders

• Quotations are based on the capacity, pressure, medium, interfaces, mounting, quantity, certification, and trade terms you provide; quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation;
• A quotation does not constitute automatic acceptance of an order; an order becomes effective upon written (including electronic) confirmation by both parties;
• Any change to technical conditions, quantity, or delivery time after an order is effective requires written confirmation by both parties and may affect price and delivery.

4. Drawings and Custom Manufacturing

Our products are primarily custom-manufactured to drawings and project-based. The drawings, technical conditions, and standards you provide serve as the basis for manufacturing and acceptance of the project. We perform a manufacturing feasibility review based on your drawings and technical requirements and confirm the material, forming, welding, inspection, and delivery plan. The intellectual property of customer-supplied drawings and design materials remains with the customer; we use them only to the extent necessary to perform this project.

5. Price and Payment

Price, currency, payment terms (such as the ratio of down payment and balance), and trade terms (such as FOB / CIF / EXW) are governed by the quotation or contract confirmed by both parties. We reserve the right to adjust a quotation before order confirmation in the event of material changes in exchange rates, materials, or regulations.

6. Delivery and Transport

Delivery time is calculated from the effective date of the order, confirmation of technical conditions, and receipt of the relevant advance payment. Delivery depends on drawing maturity, materials, tooling, prototype verification, order quantity, and inspection requirements. Transport method, packaging, insurance, and transfer of risk are subject to the trade terms confirmed by both parties.

7. Quality, Inspection, and Standards

We organize production and inspection in accordance with the drawings, technical agreements, and applicable standards confirmed by both parties, and maintain necessary process records for key operations. Acceptance items (dimensions, appearance, air-tightness, pressure, etc.) are as agreed by both parties. Where applicable, reference is made to relevant industry standards (such as pressure-vessel and automotive standards) and any certification requirements specified by the customer.

8. Prototypes and Validation

Where required by a project, the parties may agree to manufacture prototypes first and carry out assembly, validation, and confirmation. Prototype costs, quantity, validation items, and subsequent batch production arrangements are subject to confirmation by both parties. Validation results represent that prototype only and do not constitute an automatic commitment to batch production.

9. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• Warranty scope, duration, and liability are governed by the contract confirmed by both parties;
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or special damages arising from the use of this Website or reliance on its information;
• Products must be used in accordance with their intended use and acceptance conditions. Damage caused by overpressure, misuse, modification, improper installation, or external factors is outside our liability.

10. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos, layout, and other content of this Website are owned by us or the respective rights holders and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission.

11. Export and Compliance

Where products are exported, applicable export controls, customs, inspection and quarantine, and destination-country regulations shall be complied with by both parties in accordance with the trade terms. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the use of products in the destination country complies with local regulations and certification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Website or these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the place of the company's registered address (or an arbitration institution agreed by both parties).

13. Changes to These Terms
